I've encountered issues with my cracker's rollers; initially, when a roller has less than half of its original cordage, it refuses to activate the pivot part; instead, it gets sucked towards the tiny hole and becomes stuck and the shredder begins working without content. I found this http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:284049 useful gadget which solves this predicament. Secondarily, the fiber tubes have a lot of drag and occasionally my PP filaments shatter into pieces within the tubes. I devised an idea for this device http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:321922 and crafted it for mounting on the upper plate of my shredder. You will require a 260 mm M12 bolt and nut to secure 2 rollers onto it. Presently, the problems of tube drag and jammed rollers are eradicated, besides, it doesn't encroach upon your printer's frontal space which -in my opinion- is constrained and I frequently crash it by mistake! I shredded them with PCP and 20% density and they're remarkably resilient.
