When I was printing a massive object, the filament reel suddenly ejected from its holder, halting the print process. The filament was almost depleted, leaving the reel too light to withstand the feeder's force. To resolve this issue, I implemented a crucial adjustment: adding supports to both parts of the print job. This modification significantly impacted the outcome, as it ensured that the supports remained intact and functional throughout the printing process. When cleaning the supports, it is essential to strike a delicate balance between two extremes. The supports must be tight enough to maintain their shape and prevent the print from collapsing, yet loose enough to allow for easy opening and closing of the assembly without excessive force.
