The aluminum bracket attached to my leapfrog creatr's printing area is permitted to shift only in the y-direction, not at all in x or z direction as required by most applications. My assumption was that some of the slight displacements visible in several printed items I generated with this device originated from a nonrigid attachment which is able to cause movement. Thus I built clips capable of being easily placed and secured underneath to stabilize my printing area, ensuring accurate alignment during use. Instructions Material used: ABS Printer settings employed on the Simplify3d interface were: Retraction distance set to 2.5mm. Extrusion width at "auto" setting X-axis velocity speed - 1500 mm/min Bed temperature-80°C Skirt outline – set for "skirt offsets" Print speeds optimized
