This object was designed using Tinkercad and can be edited online at https://tinkercad.com/things/gMlCjUsQp39. To compensate for Y-axis droop in a Printrbot Simple (Beta), the user replaced their slic3r.pl file with a Perl shim script that adjusts Z and Y coordinates for all vertices, using an original file as backup. The model is used to test calibration, featuring a flat base and thin walls. An updated firmware is now recommended over the Perl shim script, with more details available at http://www.printrbottalk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=106&t=4425&p=37714#p37714. To calibrate, level the print bed and print the part in about 30 minutes; it should be 70mm high. Check if the base is perpendicular to the corresponding wall, then adjust $TAN value accordingly. Values between 0.0 and 0.1 are recommended for optimal results.
