Decreased weight from 868.4g to 351.081g, representing a 59.572% reduction! Similarly, the mass was reduced from 6.693 cubic inches to 2.736 cubic inches, equating to a 59.121% reduction. The design principle focuses on distributing load from the arch of the bracket into its base for efficient material usage while maintaining strength (minimum FOS of 1 under all loads). All angles are 45° or better, eliminating support requirements. Software confirmation is absent, however. Print orientation suggestions and estimated support needs are provided in an attached print. Downloadable files contain design study data. The current design has been released, with a Gen 2 version in progress!
