This is a water immersed type leak tester for automotive hoses (e.g., radiator hoses, fuel hoses, etc. ). The purpose of this equipment is to check if the hoses are leaking through the digital pressure sensor, pressure gauge, and our naked eyes.Main components:Water tank, air cylinder, FRM unit, precision air regulator, process valves, pressure gauge, digital pressure sensor e.g., Keyence AP-C30 and air grippers, etc.Use the Keyence pressure sensor to set the High-Low pressure limit, and also set the extent of the pressure drop limit to ease monitoring.Details of air gripper please refer to >Air Gripper for Leak TestHope you like it.
