I completely overhauled the original project to tackle some critical issues I encountered during the printing of the initial version. Firstly, I carefully rotated the models to ensure they printed perfectly. This involved adjusting their orientation to guarantee a smooth and error-free print. Next, I reworked the front pieces with a new cutting design, making them significantly easier to print and assemble. This modification was crucial as it greatly simplified the gluing process. Furthermore, I divided the shoulder handle into two distinct pieces for easier printing. This strategic decision made the overall assembly more manageable. Additionally, I extended the hinges of the jaws to maintain their position securely in place. The flexible nature of these parts allowed them to adapt seamlessly onto the body without any issues. Lastly, all models were optimized to fit comfortably on a 220x220 build plate with a generous 12mm brim setting. This adjustment ensured they printed efficiently and effectively within the designated build area.
