League of Legends: Battle Bunny 2022 Riven Sword 1st form

This model is designed for Riven Battle Bunny 2022 skin cosplay. It is a huge model. I cut it into 24 pieces to fit in my Ender 3 with 200mm x 200mm x 200mm platform. However, I include a un-cut version as well, just in case you want to cut it yourself. I designed this model base on the in-game proportion, you can scale it to your needs. The total length after assemble all the pieces will come to a whooping 142cm. If you need to make it shorter, you can scale all the pieces with the same factor for all the axis. To achieve a futuristic shape, I apply so degree of fillet to the sharp edges, if you need more of those round edge, you can sand it with sand paper in the post process work. All the pieces in this project come with a flat face where you can lay on your printing bed easily. Due to the large surface area, I will suggest using brim to prevent warping in the printing process. Just in case it is warped and result in a gap after glued pieces a and b together, you can put some putty in the gap and sand the imperfection in the post process. For all the pieces, I do attach a file with their file names label on it. Hope this can help you get to the pieces you want to print easily. To assemble all the pieces together, you can use super glue, glue them back to back. To be safe, add in skeleton between the connection face to make them bond better. You can do this by drilling holes and add in iron rod to bridge between the connecting pieces. For the infill, please consider set it not more than 10% in order to reduce weight and save some PLA as it will be a huge prop. Cheers and happy printing!
