This model come with Part A and Part B. Part A is cut into 8 pieces to fit in a printer of 200mm x 200mm x 200mm. While part B is cut into 10 pieces. Each pieces is name with "Part A i(a)", you can refer to the preview picture to get the pieces you want. Once print out, glue the pieces (a) and (b) back to back, then combine those glued pieces to form the part. These pieces is cut with easy printing in mind, a flat surface that can lay flat on the printing bed and minimize the use of support. I tried my best, yet some tiny little part still need a support. I will suggest a brim to prevent warping as the pieces are quite huge tho. I did design a "fake hinge" between Part A and Part B to replicate the design. If you wish to fold the rifle into half like what demonstrate in the show, you will need to install a small hinge in between. You can do that by cut off the "fake hinge" then install hinge of your choice. Do remember to print with at least 20% infill for that particular part so that it wont crack easily when you drill a hole on it. In this pack, I do include 2 files which separate Part A and Part B as a whole. For those who have their own idea on cutting into half can use the file to do so. I do include a file which combine both Part A and B too. Base on my observation from the show, Caitlyn is about 170cm and the rifle is about her height when unfold. So I designed it with a total length of around 145cm. If you wish to scale it up or down, please use the same factor to across the pieces. Cheers and happy printing!
