I made a standard size Leaf Spring using SpaceClaim.CAT, stp and igs extensions are available.It only has 4 layers. Some Leaf Spring might have more.To perform Structural and Modal Analysis using ANSYS.Mesh Specifications used:Minimum Orthagonal Quality: 0.65Maximum Aspect Ratio: 4.3Maximum Skewness: 0.51Overall Mesh Quality is good for post processing.
