Connected to the outlet pipe of your swimming pool uses a venturi effect to suck surface debris through the nozzle and into a bag. You will need a 39mm (1.5in) diameter hose attached directly to your pool outlet, then into the nozzle, and finally into a bag designed to catch leaves. A standard orange-sized bag is suitable for this purpose. Version 1 works exceptionally well and serves as an improved version of its predecessor. The previous model's float was also incorporated into the funnel design, but due to printing limitations, sealing it without excessive solidification proved challenging. This new version can utilize a 600ml plastic bottle from your local store as a reliable float. To prevent further arm breakage, replacing them with sturdy dowel sticks from a hardware store with 4mm shafts is highly recommended.
