The original 3D model was created using 3DS Max 2016, with native file available for editing (found as an Editable Mesh) – materials are not included, though. To confirm its structural integrity, the STL file underwent thorough conversion and inspection checks, revealing no open spaces or vulnerabilities; this model is indeed a seamless, solid object. We guarantee top-notch quality. So far, several successful print runs have demonstrated this hairpin's reliability. For optimal printing results, we recommend using support materials throughout the entire structure, focusing on less acute angles of up to 10 degrees. This strategic approach will beautifully stabilize all model curves, ensuring a pristine finish. This hairpin measures 170x48 mm in size and boasts pins reaching an impressive 100 mm long.
