These maple leaf earrings are a fantastic way to stay on-trend this spring! Featuring an intricate, simple design that outlines the shape of a delicate leaf, their grooves and edges create an elegant sparkle around the wearer's face. The thin leaf outline is connected to a bar which attaches to the earpiece, ensuring both style and comfort. To create this design, the leaf was first sketched using many small line segments, connecting the major veins in the middle of the sketch to the shape's outline. After closing the loop, the sketch was extruded by one thirty second of an inch. A bar was added for proportion, created by revolving a circle around the end of the leaf stem and then extruding another circle from the revolved ring. The earpiece was made by sweeping a circle along its path. Perfectly simple yet stylish, these earrings are ideal for spring fashion!
