I have a pine needle problem, and a severely underpowered blower for the job. This was my attempt to get a wider swath of air to corral large volumes of tiny fry needles into piles. It it fits well and stays in place with only friction, this has a non tapered a 68mm ID. Originally I had 4 internal baffles to channel the air, but this left the center a dead zone so I removed the inner pair. It seems fairly even noy, definitely wider, but there is a power loss so if the needles are wet it suffers greatly. I also included a file with no baffles incase someone wanted to try that. I printed mine in PLA with a .8mm nozzle (with the rectangle face down and a 10mm brim), no supports, and it came out clean and solid. 2 tone not necessary- I started with the red and realized I was going to run out of filament so I switched to black.
