Leadenhall Building - London
myminifactory
Welcome to London! The Leadenhall Building, located at 122 Leadenhall Street, stands tall in the city as a 225-metre (738 ft) skyscraper. Completed in July 2014, it was designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners and affectionately known as The Cheesegrater. This latest model showcases innovative design techniques, incorporating X-shaped internal structures that mimic the building's appearance through its glass façade. To maintain structural integrity without compromising aesthetics, we've strategically integrated angles and internal supports - no additional external supports are needed. Adding such elements would introduce unwanted geometry that's difficult to remove. MiniWorld 3D is thrilled to present this captivating model, carefully crafted from scratch using Autodesk Fusion 360. We're eager to share the credit for its creation, as it's all about promoting cultural exchange and educational opportunities. This model is part of our extensive collection of 3D printable landmarks from around the world. Print photos by de3dprintman and 3dprynxz can be seen on https://3dprynxz.com/.
