Lead Screw Upgrade Mount for Pegasus Printer
thingiverse
This bracket attaches securely to both sides of the Pegasus 12" printer, utilizing just enough material to accommodate two T-nuts for a sturdy hold on the frame. To get it in place, you'll need to lower your motor mounts as far down as they can go and also bring down your couplers to their lowest point. Additionally, you may have to lift your bed slightly by adding 1/4" thick glass or insulation. I've opted for Aerogel insulation wrapped in aluminum foil and two sheets of 1/8" glass taped together, allowing my nozzle to reach the bed without any issues. This bracket is a remix of an original design that I unfortunately cannot find the files for at this time, but I will link them once I track down the source. In essence, all I did was take the standard nut-trap and cut out one corner so it can fit snugly on the printer frame.
