I'm building a Lead Screw 8mm for my 25x25 Extrusion with an ABEC 7 bearing that's M4 x 20 threaded. I consulted http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1061769 to ensure I installed the T-NUT correctly. The results are outstanding - it works flawlessly. Before assembling the extruder, I heated up the T-NUT end with a heat gun and tapped it gently into place with a hammer.
