Le Pigeon 3.0 TPU Prints

These parts fit the Pigeon 3.0 frame and are meant to be used with Priline 98A TPU. You can probably get away with regular 98A durometer TPU too if that is what you happen to have on hand. All parts are meant to be printed without supports so please choose the correct positioning on the build plate to eliminate overhang. The narrow versions of the air unit cradles and FPV cam mounts are meant for standoffs with slightly smaller outer diameter. To tell the difference, if your standoffs have a slanted diamond shape knurling pattern then they are smaller at 5.15mm OD. The more fine and square knurled standoffs are wider at 5.2mm OD and require the normal (not narrow) version on the prints.General Print SettingsPriline 98A TPU:- 210 deg C nozzle temp- 55 deg C bed temp- Fan speed 65%- 1mm retraction (20mm/s speed)- Print speed 50mm/s
