The sun was setting over the vast expanse of open water as I stood on the deck of the small sailboat, feeling the salty spray of the ocean on my face. The sky was a deep shade of blue, with just a few wispy clouds scattered across it. I breathed in deeply, taking in the smell of the sea and the sound of the gulls crying overhead. It was moments like these that I felt truly alive, connected to something much bigger than myself.
