The site area spans 31,466 square meters. The exterior finish is white granite sourced from Vermont. Architectural style incorporates classic modern elements in a single-spire design. Built facilities include two ordinance rooms and two sealing rooms. The total floor space covers 16,498 square feet. Ground was first broken on December 21, 1995. A site dedication ceremony occurred November 4, 2000, presided over by Lynn A. Mickelsen. From April 8-20, 2002, a public open house allowed access to the newly built temple complex. On April 28, 2002, Gordon B. Hinckley officiated the final dedication ceremony.
