Its native format is .skp, while the 3ds Max scene utilizes the robust features of 3ds Max 2016, rendered using Vray 3.00 on a substantial site spanning approximately 1.93 acres. Exterior surfaces showcase exquisite Blanco Guardiano white marble sourced directly from Torreon, Mexico. The building's architecture is characterized by a timeless Classic modern single-spire design. For added functionality, two ordinance rooms and two sealing areas are conveniently integrated into the layout. A total of 10,700 square feet is allocated to ensure ample space within the complex.
