The original solution is truly outstanding, but it requires support on the mount hole area in order to prevent the first layer from collapsing when the diameter changes. I made some adjustments by incorporating a 0.20mm layer where large holes transition into smaller ones. You can easily remove this addition using a drill after printing. Additionally, I removed the text from the bottom portion of the design. The top section without text is available on its original site at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2737257/#files.
