LCR-T4 Cover Case
thingiverse
Just another example of a LCR-T4 component tester enclosure. This particular model uses a standard 9V battery for power and features a unique design that allows test lead connectors to be attached directly to the top of the case. The compact size is achieved through the use of regular plastic screws to secure both the PCB and the top plate. Printed with a layer height of 0.3 mm and an infill of 20%, this case turned out extremely well, allowing all components to fit snugly into place as intended. After the initial print run, I tweaked the design by increasing the overall height slightly to provide extra clearance for the battery. While adjusting certain printing settings may impact the final result, I'm satisfied with the outcome of my first attempt and feel that function takes precedence over form in this instance. If you have any ideas or updates to share, or if you'd like a custom modification made to your tester case, please don't hesitate to get in touch. The original design was created using Fusion 360; if you're interested, I may be willing to share the files with you as well.
