I'm writing about a multimeter that's really great - the LCR-T4. It has four parts, but assembling it is super easy. First, you glue on the lid to the body. Next, you insert the measuring module, which I glued in with B-7000 adhesive. After that, you can attach the annulus using the button. Finally, you glue on the bottom. I've also designed a base for this multimeter that's perfect for holding a 9-volt battery. The display is easy to read and the device feels much more stable now. To keep the battery safe, I wrapped it with an elastic band. There's even a notch in the middle of the base where you can thread wires to connect to the battery.
