LCD12864 front mount (for Anet A8)

All credit to the original authors of both parts, Drorness and Simhopp respectively, I just merged them together into something that works for me. I needed a front mount for my Anet A8 + LCD 12864 because the acrylic frame I had was too tall to fit inside the LACK enclosure, so I came up with this solution. There is enough room between the back of the part and the front of the acrylic for custom tension knobs to be used. When the plate is fully extended it is about 5mm away from the back of the print. I am not a skilled 3D modeller in any way, so again, all credit to the original authors, this is just my creative solution and I'm sharing it in the hopes that someone else finds it useful too!
