LCD V2 case with feet- Printrbot Metal Simple

I was dissatisfied with the standard printed casing recommended for the LCD v2 (with card reader) by Printrbot. Carrying my metal simple printer, associated big power supply and detached LCD screen around was completely impractical. Buying an extension for the power supply solved one issue, but I still needed to attach the LCD screen. After researching various options, I ended up remixing this casing with a shortened version of the pedestal stands from this model: LCD Screen Printbot metal simple by vincentjalink. Because I desired a strong connection between the front foot/stand and the LCD casing, I modified where the split in the case occurred- it's now parallel to the face/screen. The board is secured to the face using 4 m3 screws that I had on hand - *Note: I had to drill out the holes- consider enlarging them a bit! The lid/face provides a nice snug snap fit to the base, with slots for a screwdriver, should you ever need to disassemble it again. I used hot glue in the slots for the feet to ensure they stayed in place. You could probably tinker and make a better friction fit, but I didn't feel the need. How I Created This If you're struggling to edit meshes, Autodesk 123D Design (free!) will now convert meshes into solids! This is by far the easiest and cheapest way I have found to remix.
