I designed a stand that fits my LCD and USB capacitive touchscreen perfectly. It's now up for sale at http://www.ebay.com/itm/IPS-LCD-1280x800-10-1-inch-with-capacitive-touchscreen-USB-HID-multitouch-HDMI-/161737338913, where I'm offering it for sale. Works with my PC, Odroid C1, Raspberry Pi and other devices that can run in 1280x800 mode. Instructions: The stand is made from ABS plastic and was printed at a height of 0.3 mm layers. To make the second part of the stand, just mirror the touchPlate in your slicer
