LCD support B for MK2S with BIQU/RepRap LCD Display

If you've got a Prusa MK2S, or MK2.5S, and have a reprap replacement LCD display (looks identical to the stock display, but has a MUCH bigger potentiometer on the back), use this LCD support B part (with your original LCD support A), to mount your LCD deplay and display cover, without having to cut or drill anything so that the reprap display will fit.The potentiometer on the reprap display (specific model is: "BIQU Smart Display Controller Ramps 1.4 2004LCD Controller with Adapter for 3D Printer RepRap Adapter; Style:LCD-2004", also has silkscreen label of "RepRapDiscount Smart Controller www.bigtree-tech.com") is much bigger than the Prusa part, and in a location such that the original LCD Support B (which is the bigger one, that covers the bottom of the SD card reader slot) would interfere with it.This part is relieved such that it will work with either display with no cutting/drilling/etc. It is otherwise identical to the Prusa MK2S part, as used on Prusa i3 MK2S - MK2.5S+.
