LCD Snake or Eerie Eyes Bottom Case with Cutout
thingiverse
There are two really cool projects done by Phillip Burgess on Adafruit - the Animated Electronic Eyes for Teensy and the Animated Snake Eyes for Raspberry Pi. Especially on the RPi/Bonnet project, more wires are required, so if you use plug connectors, there doesn't seem to be enough cut-out space for them where they come out the back with Phillip Burgess' design: see picture at link. In the Teensy design, fewer wires were used, so just solder and thread them out through a little gap he wisely included. In this adaptation, I cut out enough space (in my opinion) to allow the plug connectors to come out the back. This was taken as a challenge to adjust the original design. This process was very helpful as I had to learn a little bit to use TinkerCAD. My humble appreciation goes out to PBurgess for his work in the Adafruit Community and for making this freely available. He deserves any tip you might consider. Printer Settings Printer: Sindoh 3DWOX DP-200 Notes: Don't know much about some of these specs. This printer is very nice, though. It's a great first 3D printer.
