Create a customized enclosure for the Fabster 3D LCD Shield, featuring dimensions of 135 x 66 x 27.9mm (outside) and 132 x 63 x 6.5mm (inset recess at base). The inset recess allows the assembly to sit onto a "universal" mounting plate for various machinery mount options, with one example provided for Prusa Mendel. A knob recess of Ø12.5 is also included. The LCD opening measures 76mm x 26mm with a setback to the outer bezel of 98 x 40.5mm (0.9mm cover to LCD bezel). The box design features 2.5mm side walls, 2.4mm front face, corner bevels for a more finished appearance, and additional clearance and through-hole features for ease of use. The LCD Mount Bracket is designed to suit the LCD panel sold by fabster3d on eBay, with clearance added for nuts at vertex, and pegs can be secured to the box using a small butane torch. The source files are available in Vectorworks format.
