Here is a simple wall mount I came up with to hold an old LCD screen from a discarded laptop. To put it together, you'll need to use three small screws per piece to attach the two pieces to the wall. You'll require a screwdriver that fits through the top holes on each part so you can tighten the screws at the backside. If you try to add screws from the front holes, the screen won't be able to slide into the holder (check out the attached photo). To find the right kit for your screen, just do a search on eBay and look for what you need.
