I modify a model of the front from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:527503 and a model of the back from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:604469 to close the LCD on my Prusa Hephestos with vertical SD card reader. To attach it, I use 4 M3 screws that are 25mm long, fixing it securely onto the LCD support. This modified panel is also compatible with an SD card holder found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:522590.
