I modified this https://www.youmagine.com/designs/printrbot-lcd-v2-case to work with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:403555 and improved its interior fit for the lcd panel. My remix also comes with a sketchup file, which is still being honed as I learn more about the software - but so far, it has printed successfully on my Printrbot simple metal without any issues. Instructions I used PLA, printing at .2mm layer height, 1.2mm shell and 15% infill with support for this model.
