Its just the frontplate for the "2656158" (LCD 1602 little stand). I had to print my 1602 little stand with the visible front on the printer surface, which made it not looking good. By adding this frontplate, I was able to put the 2 "bad" sides to each other, holded by the screws (M3x 12 is minimum here)
