LCD 128x64 Case Support (with angled slider)

This is a remake of the original design found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1814828, which I believe is already flawless in its current form. I made no modifications to the case itself. I simply created a couple of components that allow the LCD screen to slide forward and backward, making it easy to fit into tight spaces while still providing access to the SD card. The objects LCDSlider and StandBase were designed by me, with their respective OpenSCAD files included. The other files used in this project are courtesy of the original design I linked above.
