This enhanced case is designed for the affordable LC-100S inductance/capacitance meter, priced at approximately USD 30 on platforms like eBay. It's an improved version of the original design by linearchaos (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:376273). This new case is even more optimized and features a real button for the "Func" key. There are two variants: one for the 4-button and another for the 3-key version of this meter. The build instructions provide useful tips. Note that there's an alternative meter on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:641003) that can test more component types. The case prints easily in PLA without additional support, and the upper part has integrated support tabs for the LCD which should be removed. The button may require minor cleanup with a sharp knife. Installation requires 8 countersunk 3mm screws. Further design improvements can be made using the provided SCAD file, where the "upper" and "lower" modules are called.
