Lazy Susan Spice Rack

Lazy Susan Spice Rack

We needed a spice rack for a cabinet so I decided to design a lazy susan version for our needs. This works by using marbles as bearing in the base. It is customizable in height and number of layers. I included STL's and Solidworks files for easier modifying. The pieces fit snugly together however to ensure a permanent fix be sure to either weld or glue the final assembly. There are 8 files. Ball_Rail_Base (This is the base where the marbles will set) Marble_Spacer (This spaces out the marbles to prevent bunching) First_Rack (This is the bottom spice rack) Center_Support (This goes in the center.. duh. Scale in length to adjust height between layers) First_Rack_Lifter (This runs along the outer diameter of the the rack and adds support to upper racks and provides a place for the railing to attach) Railing (This is a railing) Second_Rack (This is called second but is used for any intermediary rack) Top_Rack (Like the Second_Rack but doesn't have the mounting holes on the second side for a smooth finish) Designed with PETG in mind. 15% infill and 4 layer walls. No supports needed.
