Lazy Susan Lock
grabcad
The invention I developed is a simple lazy susan lock. Its purpose is to secure the doors of your kitchen's lazy susan for safety reasons, such as preventing injury to young children or protecting stored goods from damage. Although its design may be complex, it consists of a stick with a hook on one end that fits into a slot in the arm for adjustment, an axle/adhesion plate that revolves inside a hole in the arm and adheres to the surface next to the lazy susan door with Velcro or other adhesive, and a nut placed adjacent to the lock on the door and secured with adhesive. To use the lock, simply swing the arm down so the hook engages with the nut, securing the lazy susan door.
