If your partner is lazy and hates tying shoelaces, this hack significantly reduces the need for fine motor skills. Simply thread both ends through the middle and tighten. However, you'll still need to find a solution for the long ends. For optimal results, print at 5x scale for sports shoes, and increase the scale further if your shoes have thicker laces (7-10x). I used an Ultimaker with Cura for printing.
