lazy mans counterweight

<p>needed a counterweight to use the openocular and wanted to design and print in under half an hour so I made this thing. it uses regular Hadley hardware, a piece of metal wire and fishing weights. it snaps onto the rod and can be screwed on so it'll stay in place. i have 12mm rods but this should fit on half inch rods, if it doesn't let me know. </p>
