I currently possess an EEW Mini and I intend to utilize the Lazy Kate. Although it functions effectively, its portability is lacking. Therefore, I have eliminated the lengthy post and incorporated a cupped hole that accommodates a 5/8 inch dowel, which coincidentally is equivalent in size to a knitting needle with a gauge of 50 - my current plying tool. My printer requires over two hours to print when operating in draft mode. This represents version one - Flat Top. Future Plans Include: Version Two: A design featuring guides and possibly stacking capabilities. Version Three: An implementation boasting a clip underneath to secure the dowel. Please keep in mind that these are early stages, and printers vary significantly. I recommend using Brave Mini Kate 23 as a test of the cupped hole. I welcome your comments and suggestions; however, please be aware that my modding abilities are limited due to novice experience.
