We're excited to introduce our latest 3D machine, designed and engineered by LayerToLayer. The Layer model is a cutting-edge printer that boasts a robust structure and an intuitive interface, making it easy for users of all levels to operate. Built with high-quality 20x20mm aluminum profiles, the Layer model features a Prusa-style geometry, but with a significant improvement: added reinforcement for increased speed, enhanced print quality, and improved portability. This innovative printer comes equipped with E3D extruders in various models, including v6, chimera, and volcano. With a generous build volume of 300x300x300 mm, users can create large-scale projects with ease. The electronics system is completely independent from the machine, allowing for longer lifespan, reduced maintenance needs, and simplified upgrade options. Our Layer model relies on the tried-and-true Arduino2560+Ramps1.4 system, with the flexibility to integrate a RaspberryPi module within the same enclosure. The firmware powering our printer is Marlin RC8, known for its reliability and versatility. What sets our 3D printer apart is its exceptional balance of quality, speed, and maintenance simplicity.
