This is a layer cooling fan duct designed to fit my Davinci E3D V6 bouden conversion found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1613566. The DaVinci 1.0A already includes the necessary hardware for controlling a second fan, so you'll only need to activate it and purchase a fan of course! To make this happen, follow these steps: https://github.com/luc-github/Repetier-Firmware-0.92/issues/152. Instructions: For optimal printing orientation, please refer to the provided pictures as no supports are required. After completing your print, you'll need to saw off the long gap (also visible in the pictures). To secure the fan duct properly, close the gap with a small piece of Kapton tape once it's mounted. Mounting the fan duct is a crucial step: do this from the backside before attaching the hotend. You'll require these screws: 2x M3x8mm for carriage mounting 4x M3x16 for mounting the 40x40x10mm fan (note that screw sizes may vary if your fan is larger).
