I noticed that my all plastic lawnmower wheels were not spinning true due to the plastic on steel bushing style of the wheel. Unable to find a proper ball bearing wheel for replacement, I decided to design and print my own. I set these wheels up to accept two 6202 flanged bearings while still maintaining similar thickness and shaft/wheel offset. The wheel dimensions were determined by measuring the actual wheel off my push mower, the bearing insert dimensions taken from the bearing manufacturer's website. I hope the wheel is useful for other applications. https://youtu.be/2TvTwpgt2js Printed in PETG at 20% infill and five perimeters to provide enough strength for this application. **EDIT** Bearing sockets may need to be adjusted for your printer. 10-2-18 **I have printed and installed two of these wheels on my lawnmower and used it to mow my lawn for a year now. They make the mower easier to push and work very well. So far they are holding strong and don't show signs of breakage, with very little wear. My lawn is about five-eighths acre.**
