Lawnmower Handle

This handle has been designed specifically to repair a broken one on my Viking ME443 lawnmower. The full replacement handle is available for 20 euros, but I opted for the more eco-friendly approach of replacing only the necessary part and used it as an opportunity to try out the new Freecad version. To repair my handle, I followed these steps: First, make sure you have 2 M3 screws and 2 M3 break nuts on hand. Next, dismount the old handle case from your lawnmower. In my case, I had to cut off the top case screw and replace it with a larger one. Then, print poignee-axe-v13.stl and poignee-gabarit-v13.stl. After that, make sure the part fits in the handle case. Cut your old handle as shown on the picture. Use the guide (poignee-gabarit-v9) to drill holes in your old handle. Finally, put two M3 screws 15mm length and M3 break nuts to assemble the old handle with the poignee-axe-v13. That's it! It worked for me at least, and I hope it will work for you too. The Freecad file is far from being perfect but it works. Even though I drew the full handle, you usually won't need to print it, and I didn't do it myself, so try it at your own risk.
