Jacob came up with the idea of designing and 3D printing a beer holder while mowing the lawn and feeling thirsty. He aimed for an elegant yet efficient design that required minimal filament and could securely hold a semi-full bottle. The holder was divided into three parts, printed separately, and assembled without supports. Jacob's FDM delta printer completed the print in 6-7 hours at .25mm layers. However, his current design is specific to his lawnmower; he plans to create a more universal version for broader use.
