UPDATE **** 8 JAN 2016 - Taking the first stab at designing, I initially turned to Sketchup and got something working. Feeling unsatisfied, I took a closer look with openSCAD to refine it into a more faithful recreation of the original part. Given the cold winter months and limited printing capabilities for now, it's likely to be several months before I can even begin testing this improved version. Original Version: Tested with Inland PETG Natural Translucent on an Allen hover mower at 100% fill - results were less than spectacular, to say the least. A better outcome might have been achieved if nylon was used instead. The dimensions come out to be roughly 4-1/8" in length and .149" thick, featuring a central hole of 1/2". Other similar blade styles from manufacturers like Grasscraft, Hoffco, Husky Tri-King, Stihl, Weed Blaster, and WeedMaster may find this design fitting, though the lifespan will undoubtedly be shorter compared to their metal counterparts. Seeking an immediate fix without the expense of premium blades, these prints could prove temporarily serviceable in emergency situations.
