Lawn Sprinkler with Directional Flow Control

This is a custom circular lawn sprinkler that my wife requested me to design and manufacture for her personal use. The system includes a plate that seals tightly around the outlet holes, preventing significant leakage while allowing control over specific sectors of the sprinkler that are actively flowing water. To assemble this model, you'll need to print one sprinkler body, one hose coupler, and one flange pipe. Additionally, you may choose to print up to three flow control plates in order to reduce the flow rate to a quarter of the full circumference. It's recommended to use a standard garden hose gasket inside the coupler or take advantage of the TPU-based coupler included with this design for optimal sealing and performance. For users who want to customize or modify the design, an export file from Fusion 360 is provided.
