Lawn Sign System - Spike and Attachment
thingiverse
I created this sign system to be a temporary fixture on lawns at our local wildlife park. The pointed end of the stake is sharp enough to pierce the ground, and it can withstand hitting a few rocks without sustaining damage. At the same time, it's easy to remove by the end of the day to prevent long-term weathering and allow for sign swapping if needed. Signs were printed for each animal and attached using cable ties that pass through holes designed into each sign. This method doesn't have to be used - signs could be molded directly onto the uploaded bracket or attachment, or another option is to use resin as a binding agent.
