<p>These knobs tighten the foldable mower handles when they are in the straight position. The ears kept getting broken off these knobs on my lawn mower.&nbsp;</p><p>I tried to make it resemble the original part as best I could, except I changed the long curve on the underside of the knob to a 45 degree line. This allows the knob to be printed without supports if your printer can handle 45 degree overhangs.</p><p>Print with the small end down without supports if your printer can do 45 degree overhangs. Push a 5/16"-18 nut into the top of the knob. A 5/16" washer between the knob and the handle will help spread out the stress from the curved handle.</p><p>Nov. 3. 2022: Updated files to increase size of the hex hole by 1 mm. Also made the width of the hole a User Parameter in the Fusion 360 design.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
